Tamara holds a BEd degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. She holds a wealth of experience in teaching Mathematical Literacy and is fully conversant with the both the IEB and NSC Grade 12 syllabus in this subject. In addition to her daily teaching at Durban Girls’ College, she is the IEB Examiner and Moderator for Mathematical Literacy for Paper 1 and 2. She regularly provides teacher training in this subject and has authored several textbooks for Mathematical Literacy.
