Masters in Digital Marketing

In an era where digital channels drive commerce, culture, and connection, marketing demands more than familiarity with tools and trends — it requires strategic mastery of an ever-evolving digital ecosystem. The AAA School of Advertising’s Master of Digital Marketing is designed for ambitious marketing professionals ready to operate at the highest levels of strategic thinking, critical analysis, and digital innovation.

Offered online and structured for industry professionals, this two-year NQF Level 9 qualification equips graduates with the advanced skills to design and lead integrated digital marketing strategies, harness the power of big data and artificial intelligence, and navigate the complex ethical and global dimensions of modern marketing practice. From consumer behaviour and social media strategy to SEO, advertising management, and original research, the programme builds a rigorous, future-focused expertise that bridges theory and real-world application.

Students complete a rich core curriculum across both years, culminating in a Mini Dissertation or Project that invites original contribution to the field. A selection of specialist electives — including Influencer Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Branding, and Mobile Marketing — allows each student to tailor their studies to their professional ambitions.

Graduates of this programme emerge as confident, critically informed digital marketing leaders, equipped to drive meaningful impact across industries, markets, and borders.

Programme structure

Students complete five modules in Year 1 and four modules in Year 2. Year 2 comprises two compulsory modules, one elective chosen from six specialist tracks, and the Mini Dissertation, which serves as the research module. The qualification is delivered online, with structured evening and Saturday workshops.
