An introduction to the Strategic Planning Process that covers the key steps to develop a winning strategy and positioning for your brand, how to prioritise an effective action plan against the brand targets and how to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Topic 3: Consumer Insight
Consumer insight underpins the success of the marketing strategy and is critical for understanding the marketing environment, consumers and stakeholders. Delegates will gain an understanding of how to cultivate a more insightful approach, how to develop insight and build an insightful knowledge base.
Topic 4: Presentation and Writing Skills
Learn best practice skills and tips on how to present marketing outputs with confidence, whether in the form of a professionally written document or in a presentation.
