Bachelor Of Arts Honours In Digital Marketing

Marsha-Ann brings almost eight years of hands-on digital marketing experience to her Honours studies at aaa, having served as Digital Marketing Manager at Magalies Citrus Company, where she led the brand’s digital presence and consumer growth strategy.

Her dissertation explores dark social and its influence on consumers’ willingness to purchase through direct-to-consumer e-commerce, using Magalies as a case study. It is research rooted in real industry experience.

One of the biggest lessons I learned is:

A brand should never feel disconnected online, every platform should reflect the same identity and purpose.
