Programme profile:

The course is designed to give you a theoretical foundation, and strategic practical understanding of digital marketing. Through developing an understanding of the digital marketing process, you’ll be able to adapt this knowledge and use it to understand real issues in the “new” marketplace. This course will enable you to introduce digital business tools into small, medium and large businesses.

Once you have a thorough understanding of the theory, you will learn to identify appropriate digital strategies and how to apply them. You’ll be then be challenged to develop and implement your own digital marketing strategies and measure their success. Here you’ll learn how to develop your digital strategy, using digital marketing research techniques, the appropriate selection of digital platforms and applications, and finally develop a full digital campaign plan.

Programme outcomes

After completing this programme you’ll have a solid knowledge of the digital marketing landscape. There will be a number of assignments and tests along the way to ensure you have a firm understanding of the various themes covered. You will also write a final exam and earn a certificate of achievement.
